It's decent, Although there are better neighborhoods on this same stretch of road down to Rivtaf Golf estate. In my opinion, I think the most expensive neighbourhoods in Port Harcourt will be parts of Old GRA/Amadi flats as they have stately homes with big plots, private pools and green spaces plus they are situated close to Rivers State government house and other major government buildings. This would be followed by certain parts of new GRA, Mummy B Road, Tombia Road. There are also nice areas around GU Ake Road after Port Harcourt pleasure Park by Airforce Base. Peter Odili area is nice too.
@AsyDarlyn3 жыл бұрын
Most expensive is Odili road. Old GRA barely has any gated community. Mummy B no follow and Tombia is premium as well.

I like the natural look of the place. No artificial grass. Nice, although quite pricey. So with 2million service charge, does that cover electricity bill for that year?
@AsyDarlyn4 жыл бұрын
No it doesn’t cover that, the generator comes on when there’s no light. So that’s what the fee covers The service charge is mainly for all round maintenance and fees (security, grass, gym, pool, your house maintenance, waste disposal, water, diesel generator)

If you are a Nigerian or anyone infact renting this place this is a complete waste of money. Rather use that amount and add a little then build your own house. Nice apartment and concept but the renting price very much not welcoming. Too greedy. Please may i remind the investor/s that the average annual income in Nigeria is about 340,000 to 360,000. 😏
@AsyDarlyn3 жыл бұрын
Some event centers cost that much for 6hours. So “waste of money” is relative. Most of the units are filling up already. There are people that don’t want to own, also traveling managers that want a certain luxury in their work base. All that
