Regarding the houses in jikwoyi, the amount you spend coming to either karu Bridge or nyanya before going to town now that everything is expensive it's better you spend more in rent in places like dawaki dutse galadimawa and kubwa then spend less in transportation that's the only way to survive in abuja. From karu Bridge to jikwoyi is like 300 or 250. Then for example if you’re going to wuse , 300 or 400 from karu Bridge, so you spend more at cheaper locations than expensive places

Overall I think cheaper house and expensive transport still pays annually.... overall it's still lesser than living in main town. Neighbouring locations: Rent 500,000 Transport 480,000/annum (2k per day, 20days per month) 980k Town: Rent: 1,500,000 Transport: 144,000/annum (600 per day, 20days per month) 1,644,000

Thanks for this vlog. Was looking up Abuja living and your vlog popped up. I hope to relocate January 2024 to Abj but the rents are monstrous. Even mud houses in Durumi is going for 400k for rubbish. I would rather go to Karu or Nyanya since I run run my own business. I am a new subscriber

Ceezj the word you need for the homes outside the City or town of Abuja are called Suburbs. Homes outside the main towns outside business districts are called Suburbs.

Actually kubwa is far better i leave here and I can guarantee you that kubwa has the best appartment to leave cool estates too but phase 4 is no no for me is not a bad environment it's cool but they have Old houses there. Kubwa is very accommodating.

Woow cejay I found this helpful , keep the god work up more grace, But most landlords are kind of selfish Sha , they design their houses as if is not a human being that would live there , the arrangements of the kitchen and bathroom in some. Houses are wack lol , 😂 combination of tiles turn off geeez omg too bad , not your fault at all lol. 😊 Bui I think I would prefer kubwa but FO1 layout will be ok , but very expensive Sha But in summary thanks for the Tour its an eye opener for me well-done dearest.
