Absolutely gorgeous. What a lunch you were served! And those grounds, wow. The interior just sings the song of the owner's own utterly unique and highly committed character. Masculine, erudite, unconventional and hugely atmospheric. I can only imagine what the sitting lounge inside looks like at the time of day when you think of turning the inside lamps on. Beautiful. I'm not a particularly outdoorsy person but the garden that Juan and Urban have is out of this world: so peaceful and simple and beautiful and would be in all four season. I'd love to go through the many books in their home and select a few to read outdoors when I'm not simply enjoying the beauty all around. And if Urban wanted to fix a lunch for me, well, all the more to enjoy!

I second the motion! Juan and Urban's place inside and out is so nice that I can imagine someone being there all the time year-round. We sometimes here about people who rarely if ever leave their home and this could be home to stay in not because of being a recluse but because it's so wonderful.
