For acne and balancing hormones def never drink coffee on an empty stomach or first thing when you wake up - that’s when cortisol is naturally the highest and coffee makes it worse! Cortisol is our stress hormone and wreaks havoc on hormones in high amounts. A piece of bacon is so yummy but def not enough to stabilize a coffee (it’s better than nothing which I get) but as someone struggling with hormonal acne too just figured I’d share it’s helped me ❤ I’ve also heard that birth control can create dairy allergies later on - I don’t have any research for this it’s just been swirling but a lot of my friends have given it up and had good results. I gave up gluten & it helped me a lot. Dairy didn’t show significance on my food sensitivity test personally

Hi Rachel if you're breaking out on one side of your face, think if its the side you sleep on - if so then make sure to clean your pillow cases regularly (especially after the dogs are on them!), or if its the side that your phone touches when you're on a call - sanitise always! :)

To fix your candle in the bathroom from tunneling and not burning evenly, light it and cover the sides with aluminum foil and it evens out the wax!
