I have recently tried to not be too focused on things I feel like I "have to do" in the mornings but more focused on how I am feeling in the moment. I have been waking up a little bit later and skipped some of my usual tasks. One thing that I am trying to stick to tho is to not have any caffeine within the first 2 hours after waking up. Love your routine so much! I can relate to so many parts of it. Especially the morning walk which is also so important for me. And you're right whether it's only 10 minutes or longer, going outside changes so much. Especially when the sun is shining :) And I also love to stay in airplane mode for as long as possible. J’ai testé pas mal de produits food dans cette marque (ils ont une pâte à tartiner à tomber ; fan de leur granola…), des gâteaux apéro trop bons, des amandes/noisettes chocolats, des wraps, des lava-cakes chocolat incroyables… Surprise pour les vêtements, j’ai des réf chez eux & le maintien est top (il faut choisir la gamme Peach Perfect qui est vraiment parfaite pour le galbe !).
