I need another hour of this! I love that it hasn't been polished to death to make it look all new. You can see the cords where the lamps are plugged in. An old home, like an old person (me - lol!) should be proud of the dents and nicks we've earned. I LOVE this home!

You showcase the most unique homes! To start...the building itself, is very elegant with the high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with the fireplaces and original moldings throughout, along with herribone wooden floors. I love old buildings and apartments/homes with the original character...not chopped up...and overly stripped. The art, throughout, is fabulous. I love the large statement pieces and the wicker grasshopper used as a whimsical table. It's a lot of fun and is very cozy. I love her choices of wallpaper, too. It's always a treat when I see your house tour videos...thank you! :)

This place is huge! It's always interesting to see what people in New York City are inspired to do for their kids when they don't have a typical suburban back yard for them to play in. That playroom with the tree on the wall is great. Not sure if it's on my end, but it seems the first minute of the video was out of focus. Glad it cleared up once we got to the good part. You certainly did look like a character from a novel in front of that fireplace, Susanna, or someone having their portrait painted, lol.
