I’m English but I have it’s. Try Betnovate Cream or Ointment. Both clear mine within a couple days of use. Keep using it and it almost never comes back. Can’t guarantee it’ll work for everyone but worth mentioning as anything that could help someone with it I would happily share as I know it sucks sometimes
