I’m sure James is very different to Jay, but hearing his voice on the plane speaker system would be enough for me to get off the plane as there’d be the image of Jay riding Neil’s motorbike into the door 😂 now that I’ve watched the video, I’m not sure James would get the plane fast enough to take off

Did a similar day at Thruxton maybe 15 years ago now (god that makes me feel old) and can't agree with you guys more, the experience is amazing. I found the LHD Ferrari daunting and the 3 laps in it more stressful than enjoyable. But the single seater was epic, let loose to find the lines and rag round a track overtaking Ferraris - fantastic. It made the Friday traffic back home to Preston almost bearable. Next time Buckley's 'put your foot down'!

I would do that lap time in a van!!! Another great video guys, love my track days and would definitely suggest Bedford Autodrome. It's more open and less intimidating than Thruxton, especially around the back where corners fall away and disappear from you at very high speeds. I'm at Thruxton next month and Bedford in August if you're interested? Classic BMW E36 M3 EVO.

James you should get yourself a cheap trackday car. I used to think i was a reasonably good driver but after a few trackdays you realise that whats considered fast on the road is almost stationary on track. Enjoyed watching this video it reminded me of my trip to Thruxton years back.
