These rehearsals to At Last and My Funny Valentine, are in my opinion, some of the absolute best examples of the angels commitment towards her objective! There is no doubt, no lack of effort, absolute professionalism dealing with all that is going on and still she portrays as a beautiful, humble child. This is at eight years old, long sessions, endless repetitiveness. Such an inspiration!!!

They were playing to fast. She was waving for Uncle Mike to let them know. I think the video I saw, she did that 2 or 3 times before she got the last one. The one she liked wos slower as you said. Beautiful 😊♥👣 🔥🔥🔥♥👣

These younger years shocked us especially because of her age , Now Angelinas Voice is so full and rich with such great depth and emotion that she shocks us with the Beauty of her Voice . If you listen closely, you will notice a couple of points between 1 and 2 and the performance. In 1, the piano is pounding the triad chords in strict triplets and the trumpet is very prominant. There is very little swing and no rubato. All this stepped on Angelina's vocals in both the mix and her timing. In the the second rehearsal and perfomance the piano and guitar changed to simple fills between vocal phrases with the harmony implied by the bass and sax. The rhythm flowed much more freely with time by brushes on the snare instead of metronomic sticks on the symbols witch again clouded the vocals in the first rehearsal. The tempo was even slower and more rubato in the final performance where Angelina determined the tempo and had a sort call and and response between AJ and the band. The guitar in particular added some nice bluesy licks in conterpoint to the vocals. 1 sounded like dowop, and the second sounded like jazz.❤

I have to agree with Angelina, the band was not very good and was not playing to the level of Angelina...they were tryimg to lead Angelina. You just don't do that!❤❤❤❤👣
