That is correct, more difficult to track, and does not store messages, there was some people they mentioned that started selling pagers, newer ones. It appears that these pagers were sold to specific people to not harm civilians. It is easy to load then with a little bit of C4. The big issue is you need to take over a specific network and call all these pagers at once by a code. This is what is making this exceptional and done over a period of 2 -3 months, before activation. The question then remains, why was it not activated by any other call?. In short, these pagers were loaded with a code that recognize a specific code that activate the explosives. The second way is to install a chip, that can be switched on remotely, with a different call code, connected to explosives. I can bet you now that Israel already removed those people out of Lebanon
