AT Section Hike 2 - Gear Breakdown

This is my gear list video for my Fall 2024 AT Section 2 hike from Blue Ridge Gap to Allen Gap. My backpacking kit is 27 pounds, fully loaded with a 3 day food supply and 2 liters of water. On my previous section hike in GA, my similar hit weighed 37 pounds, so I'm learning.
I left off a couple of items. I'll be wearing Hoka Speedgoat 5 trail running shoes, 1/2 size large than usual. These are my 3rd pair. I'll also be carrying a Fjallraven fanny pack for toting my phone, maps and several smaller items.
