You know, for realism, they need to have it broken up into squads and have them go corridor to corridor silently and stealthily. Door to door even. These games need an entirely different play mode where you play as the Empire and root out Rebel scum. Secretly, silently, even send spies, maybe even throw Boba Fett in there. Just a thought. This running into the fray stuff gets old, and there aren't many subtleties to enjoy. Also, turn off the notifications, make it real. No icons...you don't know if that grenade you just threw did anything...until you check around the corner.

Star Wars battlefront has never and likely will never be made that way. The game has always been a fast paced, action packed shooting spree. If you want a Star Wars game like that, the closest you'll ever get is to a mod for Arma 3.

Can confirm when I get in this thing I am cancer with it. I don't think it is OP however, generally most people are on their own mission and if just a few people focused on it, it can go down pretty quickly. People just don't though. I can't count how many times I've gotten one so low just by myself but people are either ignoring it or don't pay attention to their surroundings at all whatsoever.

Well, you both stated the biggest issue - player cooperation. Like Jared said, most players are run-and-gun loners, aiming to for mission objectives to catch the "Top Player" slot. Even if, as you said _AdiGames_, it mean ignoring a severe threat to the team members. The AT-ST and other vehicles are formidable, but go down fast when caught in overlapping fire by players who actually work together. To be honest, players by and large only cooperate with their own friends if they happen to be playing together. And I've seen some monstrous teamwork in Starfighter Assault, but I'm positive that those players were real-life friends who were playing together.

@A normal Imperial tank operator we talking about the game or just Star Wars? Imma talk about Star Wars rn. In a frontal 1v1 like here, no, of course that the AT-RT can't survive. Idk if that driver was new tot he game or just suicidal. The thing is that, if you place the two walkers somewhere where they can flank each other or something, an AT-RT can move much faster (90km/h) that an AT-ST (60km/h) so he can just flank around and shoot at the engine that is in the back of the AT-ST and just destroy it that way. AT-ST is a great walker too but with a good driver of AT-RT that can outrun the AT-ST and hit him from the back, It's a victory.

dwarfie24 No, it's not pay 2 win. They changed that the week before it officially launched. The progression system is way better now and the only things you pay for are cosmetics, but even those you can earn pretty easily. Overall I think it's a pretty solid game.
