Im glad the the main plot at the end revolved on him ,but i found quite a shame that neither at the final chase ND-5 behaved like a b-x droid . I mean in the clone wars it was clear they were agile like an Ig unit, smart like a clone . Lethal like a magnaguard and tough like a b2 battle droid . They used to move like ninjas ,and never miss a shot ,a bit like a fusion between kruger from elysium with the katana and the femal black ops from half life . But here ,apart from some reference of the clone wars ,Nd-5 just behaves like a slow relentless cowbow ,like the villain in the first westworld ....as i said : nice but a shame .

Its just the writing . Both the entire story of the game and the part about this droid demonstrate It . The writers were probably like : oh yes ,thats a b-x droid ,cool no ? Let's put It in the game with a trench coat and a Blaster cowboy carry-style . Should we maybe know a bit more about WHY the players would find this type of droid in particular interesting ,or should we Just Say that he once worked for grevious ? NAAAA whatever .Tr€n¢Hc0ĀT Is FINE ! Also : since Kay Is capable at some level of parkour and other stuff with grappling gun etc , It would had been really interesting at the end Chase,put similar capabilities in the droid and create a playground to accomodate a platforming Chase with climbing ,jumping,hiding etc etc both for the player and the droid itself ,rather than just be a walking simulator with some hacking and occasionally bad executed stealth . All that gameplay potential built in the entire campaign ,wasted . ( Forgive my english ,its not my native language )

​@@andreisechi7871 BRO (like you said), it doesn't change anything, even a high-quality military machine can degrade after just a few years if it is not well maintained and kept in conditions that are not optimal. The circuits, the cervos and the articulations are not at all as resistant as the metal that serves as his "skin". Besides, a single well-placed shot was enough to almost kill him. Of course he took the electric discharge, it was supposed to be just strong enough to knock him out for a few seconds and not damage or destroy him… Also, I would point out that the Droidekas are also "literally military technology, the best of the best of the CSI" and yet, in the Star Wars Rebels series, we see in one episode ("The Last Battle" S3E6) that the Droidekas were so damaged by lack of maintenance after a few years that one of them completely short-circuited (at the point that he couldn't even move) when Rex just threw his helmet at him despite the fact that his deflector shield was activated! I remind you that Rebels takes place MANY YEARS BEFORE Outlaws… So my explanation for ND-5's lack of speed and agility is due to a bad maintenance is therefore perfectly credible and realistic.

so clones are 6 ft tall, and the commando druids were depicted as being around the same height as them in the cartoons. that's a little taller than average in most places. I guess it isn't completely out of the realm of possibility that everyone in the game is just shorter than him? It does seem kind of strange now that you've pointed it out though.

In a game that I otherwise thought was pretty average, ND-5’s plot line was fantastic. Honestly the best writing around a droid I’ve seen in Star Wars media. Interesting explorations of how horrifying it is for him to have his will overridden by a restraining bolt, to be forced to kill his friend. Finally writers who are interested in the implications of droids being effectively slaves
