I am no financial analyst but I estimate Direct to be at least a multi-billion dollar company. Having 11 million+ customers is a lot for a company even though it is declining. I feel like at&t would not give it up too low. I think another possible buyer like the previous comment said could be a cable company.

My family in the mountains of Virginia are the type of customers that need satellite TV. They don’t get good cell service and their internet is not good enough to stream. They have no other choice and they watch sports on Direct TV

They already have Prime Video, so i doubt it. i don't think they want to deal with the live TV business; it would be too many headaches for them, but you never know. Lol
