AT&T is more reliable in my opinion and that’s what matters why would you want a carrier to be fast in one area and the other area nothing loads

Where lol? At&t is utter crap even in a lot of big cities now. It’s crap in Phoenix, Vegas, Denver, LA, heck even their HQ in Dallas🤣

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and absolutely hate it!! I had better service with Verizon, paid less and got more perks than with AT&T. I will never again be an AT&T customer!!

I just switched to AT&T from Verizon focus because my Verizon was so high. It dropped my bill by over 100$ with my military discount. Were gonna see how it goes

Had Verizon for years, switched to ATT, switched back to Verizon in 2 months. ATT had extremely poor service in Manhattan (42nd to 60th streets/ 3rd Ave thru 8th Ave)

Wow.. I thought they were good in the Northeast. They are horrible here in Phoenix.. just 1-2 bars everywhere. Switched to Verizon and it’s amazing.

ATT is better in Canada and Mexico, it has unlimited data roaming compared to Verizon's 2gb/day in Canada and Mexico

Verizon has pulled miles ahead of At&t especially since 2021. The customer service, the simplicity of the Esim and onboarding experience, the in store service and the actual mobile service are all great. With At&t, everything felt like a struggle. At&t technically has coverage but it’s a technicality.. their 5G is terrible and doesn’t work well.

ATT will not be able to compete with Verizon( customer service) but ATT has better cellular service overall. Coming off from Verizon after 8 years.

Incredibly odd that you don’t include reliability as a category. Such as dropped calls. Much less no mention of the major outage AT&T had recently with no true explanation for it.

This right here. Only one carrier dropped service for 24hrs for its entire customer base this year. AT&T.

Missed out on scheduled business call and opportunity 💰 , pissed to say the least… Verizon is still working to figure it out and fix it. I’ve been w Verizon for over 13 yrs and I just really question its services sometimes. Hotspot and 4/5G in Atlanta is hella slow when I travel there and around the city.

What are those coverage maps? Lol wtf, Verizon has UW n77 becoming very widespread nowadays, including my entire market, almost literally every tower site has it. Those maps look so outdated.

How is it you say Verizon is better internationally than AT&T on the 2 lower plans with a 2GB limit when AT&T has unlimited data in Mexico and Canada? You don’t even mention the 10GB of international roaming in over 210 countries Verizon’s top tier plan gives.

idk i haven’t had any issues with t-mobile. they don’t have good deals on upgrades but ive got good fast data (5G UC, 500mbs-1000) wherever i go

Huge outage in my area yesterday and they are still trying to fix it…. Out of the blue couldn’t call or txt , missed out on big opportunities with my business bc of it. Been a member for over 13 yrs and now I’m questioning Verizon after this incident and the many times recently I have tried to use hotspot or data without WiFi in Atlanta - insanely slow - I have unlimited plus. iPhone 14 Pro

Great comparison! You should add a call quality category. I’ve had T-mobile for years and I have been very unsatisfied with the call quality. No point in having the largest 5G network if people can’t hear me well. Regardless of where I am at in central Florida call’s will break up and people can’t hear me. Seriously considering Verizon.

Just because it’s cheaper that doesn’t mean that it’s better. In my experience, Verizon is phenomenal with their coverage. The data speeds are so much quicker than my previous carrier T-Mobile.

To add to what she’s talking about solo line pricing one line with auto pay on AT&T’s best plan would be approximately $70 if you sign up for auto pay and you would add any additional discounts such as your AARP discount or something auto pay is $10 off plus that is another $10 off. Verizon does not offer any such discounts the only way you can get any type of discounts on any plants is if you if you’re military because even being a teacher does not give you this comes off unlimited plans

A new category to consider is device savings. Depending on the plan you can get additional savings on devices such as “free” iphones or androids, but may require to be on a more expensive plan depending on the carrier making it even more expensive than it should be

Cybersecurity is kind of a cat and mouse game. Companies can secure data but cyber criminals look for exploits and do find them until they are patched.

That’s the reason why Verizon is the only company used by politicians government institutions and Verizon is the one that has big government contracts and the military contracts so I trust Verizon

If you have to pay for the perks, they are not really perks. I'd say NEITHER gets the star for that category. Still, Verizon wins if International Travel is important. Otherwise, it's probably about who has the best coverage in the area you use your phone the most.

AT&T best plan is 50.99 for unlimited data and 60GB of hot spot. Plus with the responder discount AT&T is the clear winner.

Verizons nationwide 5G Ultra Wideband just blows At&t's mediocre 5G+ out of the water, I'm not getting any speeds over 600mb down on att speed tests anywhere that I have visited in the USA but with Verizon I am consistently getting 1gb, 2gb and even 3gb down speeds on Ookla speedtest, Tmobile comes close but At&t is just too far behind Verizon and Tmobiles overall networks.

As someone that loves AT&T, but also loves Verizon, but I love AT&T better. The issue with AT&T is their leader ship up top. It’s old outdated, lacks fresh ideas and is anti-middle class and union. Once we address those things that we bring on the same way Verizon has things will be 1 million times better

There can not be a tie in coverage because you go by overall coverage not comparing each 4g and 5g and Verizon has better overall coverage nationally

AT&T has been getting worse and worse I don’t get internet that works at my work anymore and the data is hardly fast enough to run a KZbin video I even got a new phone thinking that was the problem and it’s not, and I live in Cincinnati so it’s not like I’m in the middle of nowhere I pay for their highest tear plan and am just getting completely ripped off here heck this KZbin video wouldn’t even load even the thumbnails on these videos don’t load.

AWFUL service. terrible coverage and service. Took me 5 hrs to get a phone now 48 hours to switch. total pain in the Azz.
