Dude, how have I never seen this??? It's some badass footage. What's hilarious about Cedric is that he's one of THE single best performers and dancers ever, but obviously never did any lung training of any kind for this shit. Like, when I watch this shit, I think about the Outkast documentary where they talk about running tracks around the studio every day and shit, doing cardio and lung workouts. If Cedric had been into that shit, he could've probably performed like this and still been able to actually sing. Even without the vocals, though, he was such a badass performer back in the day. There are moments that it looks like the microphone literally disappears into a portal in time and space and pops right back out somewhere else. And the way he just seems to float on to the drum riser at the start of the first song.....Fucking micjitsu mutant acrobat shit.

This is awesome. I am really into another band out of that era Closed Caption Radio.. I was lamenting that I couldn’t find any of their music to a friend and he suggested At The Drive In.. no regrets! Still wish I could find more Closed Caption Radio tho. And really wish for live shows of this caliber.

This might be at The Metro in Chicago. I saw them there with Bluetip and Murder City Devils opening. Metro shows are obvious because of the decor that lines the sides of the stage. And also most live videos come from the balcony. If anyone can shed some light
