22 күн бұрынI’m hiking from Cold Springs Shelter to Rufus Morgan Shelter on the Appalachian Trail. Rufus Morgan Shelter is just a mile from the Nantahala Outdoor Center (The NOC). There were days I really had to choose to stay on the trail…and this is one of those days! My knees are still knocking together! I was so scared when I almost fell off the face of the mountain!
