End of my Pacific Crest Trail Thru Hike (Episode 19)

Episode 19 of my SOBO thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail takes me the final 103 miles to the border monument at the US / Mexico border. But the story doesn't end there.
My final days on trail are equal parts emotional and fun! I have a hard time believing I have hiked this far, but looking back, I know it's true.
