Instead of buying a flat (where you don't have 100 percent rights and can never have) and regretting it till the time you stay there, buy a plot even in not so posh area and make a small or big independent home as per budget. You will be happy forever.

Tell me one such project where u can get a decent size flat at decent price. Everyone knows plots are a better investment than flats but the issue is price. Even in new Gurgaon u don't get anything less than 80-85k per square yard.

@@unclewithtits in old gurgaon there are still some areas and colonies where you could buy land. not posh but still worthy to live. Especially new palam vihar side.

@@gaurav9664 But Palam Vihar will hardly have any development shortly. It used to be considered a posh area earlier but then due to lack of development, it was left behind. In New Gurugram, at least there's a scope of development that too with a certain level of planning. So that's why I wouldn't say Palam Vihar would be a good investment or even an asset.

Don't buy. You will regret. Shit build quality compared to nearby projects. It's already dwarfed by the competition. If u want affordable rather invest in something like Signature global or some other options as well.
