I've been farming the moneys/apes (Da'kani Pugelist/Highbrow) just below Atal'Dazar at Gorilla Gorge, and using the gathered mats to craft the coarse leather weapon instead of the scale mat weapon. Full clear of the area takes roughly 5-6mins, getting Coarse Leather and Bones, as well as the usual occasional green drop, and oddly enough, the trash greys they drop sell for a reasonable amount , some for 14g each. Spawn rate is pretty fast overall, do a full clear then fly back to the main road and repeat, enemies have spawned back by then. Advantage of this over Atal is there is no requirement for high ilvl, no lockout, and benefit from skinning enchant. Might not be the overall fastest way, but given it's super low requirements to farm, as well as no lockout, its pretty appealing overall. I'm doing this on Magtheridon EU, and every time ive been here ive been completely alone, with the exception of nearby world quests! Would love to hear your thoughts on it :)

Update: have increased gear level now to around 445 and can do a full clear of the area in around 3mins 30sec. Done this multiple times over the past week or so and am getting an average of around 10k per hour, which equates to around 600kills per hr. Sometime can push 13k depending on how lucky you are with green drops and expensive greys.

Ive been farming that exact same spot with the gorillas and i get 13000g for farming for 1 hr. It is a very good spot. Sucks they nerfed the quillrat farm though. My gold rewards halved thanx to that.

@@jorgeicastro9563 yeah dude its a great spot overall, with relatively little competition as they hyper spawn back. Ive had income that high before as well, but i usually average around 11-12k per hr, all depends on how lucky you are with crafting blue procs and valuable trash drops as well.

I use this technique for my go to farm - Ignore the 2 screamers down on the left and the 2 up high but I aim to do the rest in one pull with my Night Elf DH alt at ilvl 453. If you target the screamer on the first bridge just keep running past it and head left. You can track its fear cast and should be out of range by the time you tag 2 more packs before heading back across the middle. Then jump onto the furthest right screamer and set off rank 3 purification protocol before you get stunned or feared as most of the mobs pile in for the soul shards you need to stay alive. Then interrupt and AOE down the rest of the dinos ASAP with Immolation Aura and Fel Barrage before dropping aggro on the Dinomancer with Shadowmeld. Its the little guys that give most of the mats, so its more efficient to focus on them. Once I hit lockout after 38+ mins I either log onto another toon or go farm gorillas to the south before crafting to make about 9-10k/hr. If I relog 2 lockouts nets around 13-14k in about 1hr20 of play time plus crafting / vendoring time.

The last three days I have been clearing instance lock in just under 40 minutes on my 432 DH. I can make between 110-130 Strikers, plus greens and meat. Since I have lots of alts, I just go do something else for 20 minutes and come back after. Solid 10k/hr for me, and I forgot to clear the guys on the pillars each time. I need to earn 37k a day to get my Longboi if it's November 1, and doing 2 hours of this is a solid get. Add in my mats, flips, transmog, and pets, 37k isn't too hard. I also do the LFR on 8 toons a week. Thanks so much for the videos, you are seriously awesome and my favorite WoW content creator!

Thank you for this! Its my go to farm from now on. Less stressful cause you don`t have to compete with others. Like others I tried the quillrats in Drustvar before, but wasn`t worth it because people are always there on my server. However the ”lizards”at the same spot drops both shimmerscale and the blood stained bones, and they seem less popular to farm so that`s a tip. They respawn fairly quick too.

Pulling the entire dungeon is suicide so I do it in 3 pulls; first I go along the initial hallway and stairs and run down the left hallway IGNORING THE DIREHORNS and wait for the mobs behind one of those pyres to LoS them and kill them. Then I pull the direhorns alongside those skyscreamers standing on the pillars and finally I clear the remaining hallway, so with WQ gear and a single rank 3 essence I'm able to get locked out in about 25 minites

With my ret paly, I clear all the mobs in one shot, pull the stairs mobs, and focus the mob who cast fear, and going left and pull all the mobs and pick the center mobs and pick the other two pack with pterodactyl's, now the trick is in, put in the corner and all the mobs instant teleport to you, and I'll use divine shield and the azerite beam, avenging wrath, and divine storm spam, and that is the way to clear all the instance, you can do the same with a dk, and with a warrior, for me in only efficient this farm, If you only can do it in one pack kill, that takes me 2:30-2:50 mins per run.

Alejandro Landa I personally do 3 pulls on a 443 DH with focusing iris rank 3 and can easily lockout in just under 30 mins. I also run this on a feral Druid at 431 iLvl with no rank 3 essences and skip the center pack and can finish a lockout well under 30 mins. Just because you cannot do it, does not mean it cannot be done. ^_^ Edit: just to clarify - I do not pull the 2 screamers that are chillin by themselves on the left towards the start of the dungeon as that increases my time by upwards of 45-50 secs and it’s just not worth it (imo) for two mobs worth of mats.

I do the stonehide leather -> warhide pants from legion personally. The warden areas are amazing to farm because there are many areas to choose from, so less competition. I'll def have to try this one if I ever gear my DH properly haha

I do this farm 3-4 times a day. The best tip I can say is using the terrain on the bridge to your advantage. Hiding on the little ledges means unless the screamers are right on top of you, then the fear won't affect you. And if they're on top of you, not only easier to kill but with aoe stuns etc it's easier to control. Due to this tip I pull each run in 3 pulls.

You can use the Darkmoon firewater to make the skining faster. I use one, then rush to make the 10 runs in 30 minutes and then logout the character and go do other stuff with other characters. After the lockout is over I come back and use the 30 mins of the potion. Two lockouts with one potion.

For those who don't want to head to instance, but at the risk of losing the area I farm... there's an area of saurolisks along the water that force spawn right by the quillrat farm in Drustvar. By the time I cleared from one end to the other, the mobs had started respawning.

It's a raw gold shuffle, but blood-stained bones sell high enough on my server it's better to AH the mats than to craft anything from them. I'll be running this later to see how well my druid can do it.

Not a bad grind at all. I suspect I'm doing it wrong because I never ran into the instance cap, but then I'm also easily distracted and tab out occasionally. :shrug: It's still much better gold to sell the mats than to use them on my server, but it got me the first 82 levels of leatherworking in a gold-neutral way.

I do this too, and even took up tailoring on my paladin for the bonus cloth drops and to turn all the cloth into bracers to vendor and embroidered bags to AH whenever I get the expulsom. feels kinda weird to have tailoring on a pally but I've gotten months worth of game time just doing a few runs here and there in my down time so I can't complain!

I started farming this on my Rogue when I have time to. I tend to skip the screamers since they just seem to slow me down, and I also couldn't solo the elite pack in the middle very easily. I find myself with a lot of leftover scales and not enough bones to craft more strikers.

I do this on a Worgen Warrior, iLvl 450. No fears, no targeting macros, great aoe. It takes circa 2.5 mins to do a run so 25 mins till lock out. I then go and run Freehold on my DH for the rest of the hour.

I would recommend if it procs krolusks(salts or sth to turn in on horde side) Vol'dun assault daily. gear isnt even needed and glove skinnning enchant works. Also there is a certain spot in north west Nazjatar that multiboxers visit from time to time. loads of snap dragons being killed and looted, all you have to do is to skin, almost 0 effort max profit :) If server economy is saturated enough you may see tidespray linen price below 2.05g/piece its easy profit on tidespray linen pants. all you have to do is to craft loads of pants if you are going afk/busy with other stuff and simply get profit from vendoring (zandalari crafting glove enchant recommended) Also, great video btw.

Just for an idea on how fast this will go for you: If you have ZERO gold (assuming you need the ENTIRE 5 mil), at 7k an hour, it will take you just over 714 hours to farm the entire 5 mil using ONLY this method. If you can only put in say 8 hours a day, then it will take you almost 90 days of farming like this. Even if you have over a million saved up already (as I have) you're still looking at around 70 days, also still assuming you are putting in 8 hours a day.

If you do BoD you probably have a ton of breaths from the raid. Those convert to sainguicells and boralus blood sausage still sells on the ah for a good price. The meat alone (on my server) might as well be vendored based on how much is available and how low it sells for.

Okay, I have a tip...if you are relying on interrupting the screamers, I made a macro to target them first so if i'm in a pack with saurids and screamers it actually interrupts the screamer if I misclick while targeting. Do I remember to USE this macro...No. Hence why I wander around feared for what feels like 20 minutes each run.

As a BM hunter (ilvl 456), I am able to do 22 runs in 60 minutes (1 darkmoon firewater). My first pull is the pack on the right, the 2 packs on the first bridge and the mini-boss in the middle, easy using CD's and purification protocol. Than I kill the 2 packs on the right bridge separately to interrupt the screamers. And finally I kill the last two packs on the left bridge. I have to wait for lockout but I just log off and do something else in the meantime. This nets me between 15-20 K per hour with almost no AH needed. (You have an excess shimmerscales which you can sell on the AH)

I do it on my Worgen Warrior 650. Worgen for 0,5 sek skinning. As Arms Warrior with Memory of Lucid Dreams Major essence rank 3 you can literally pull everything, use Essence for 30% Leach and Bladestorm everything down, use Warbreaker to finish them and use Berserkerrage to immunize against the fear either while pulling or after your bladestorm. I need 2 Minutes per run and if I calculate selling and crafting with 5 Minutes I can do literally anything else for 35 minutes. :)

7k=9k raw gold for an hr is good, but i know i already left a comment in one of your other recent videos, im telling you normal motherlode trash kill no lockout, 10k-15k raw gold an hr, kill all trash including the yellow mobs and since you have to look for them that takes time, hence no lockout, vendor all but the cloth, make tidespray linen chest and vendor them for 44g each, if you can make the mount simply put on your goggles and kill the last boss for guaranteed mount mats

Ok , so all i have to say is that i did this for about 13 hours and every 10 runs got me around 8.5k gold each, some may give 9.5k and , but never under 8k gold , these are numbers just from the strikers , adding the greens and all the trash items , it goes to around 10k each run , so its kinda very good .

I think the porcupine farm is too well known now to be worth a video this late into bfa. If you get it to yourself you can take it in quickly and easily but as soon as a druid comes along star falling everything you wont get much :( Saying that there is the farm on the other side of the mountain where the rare boar spawns that has 8-12 boars on a fast respawn timer that are good for solo farms. Since they are quest mobs the spawn rate is very quick

And is there, yes, a shit multiboxer all day, but, if you take the other part, and you are the first one hit the mob, you can skin the first before them. So play a monk and do all for rob and hit the first the mob, and you put the buffle near the multiboxer, you gonna see how to get 3.5k leather & 2.5K bones in Less than 1 hour :). This dungeon well, in 5 min you do a run an you win 130 scales, 80 bones... x12 = 1640 / 960 , well, on porcupines, solo without effort, you do 1300 leather, 800 bones average in 30 min. More easy. And if is fully, go on porky instant respawn, is little same 750 bones, 1100-1200 leather ~~ in one hour.

As a 406 DH alt, i can easily solo all dino trash packs including the mini boss in the middle. An eye beam and they all die. So you can start farming sooner than you think

I've been doing this off and on over the last few weeks and I've come to the conclusion that I have the worst RNG when it comes to blood stained bones. I have level 3 and I'm lucky to get half of what most people seem to average. Oh well, still an easy thing to do for some pretty easy gold

I think she's probably clearing more mobs than the 'standard' route. You can see she only got 76 bones the first run, but ends up with over 1k bones total after "10 runs". Those that show 1k+ bones after 10 runes are probably clearing the extra wing as well. I've got rank 3 bones and did this quite a bit over last weekend and was probably averaging about 80 bones per run, without going down and to the left.

That's because lockouts are hourly. Since it's taking you 6 minutes per run, that's 60mins for 10 runs, which means you're not hitting lockout.

10 lockout on normal, HC shouldn't be that harder. Also on my server right now it's worth hunting hyenas in Uldum for questionable meat, making Vision food/selling it plain and you can still get Shuffling is not always worth! Always check the shimmerscale and blood-stained bone prices. It might worth selling the bones, shimmerscale and coarse leather might not sell but you might still earn gold with this. The average price here for bone is 7.10-7.25 so it's slightly above the breaking point and it usually sells quickly. Coarse leather and shimmerscale often just collects dust until it could sell for 1.00-1.10 If both sell, you can write off profit. My current farming spot is in Suramar, farming elites as a hunter. One of the demons have a an annoying spell what draws me towards a place but the elites are loaded and can shuffle the shal'dorei cloth as well.

Alot of greens plus u get a chance at that mount.... I usually end up making a couple of deep sea bags 3 to 5 ... In an hour.. the rest i just vendor shuffle items

personally id skip the dinos on the mid platform and those extra teradactyles. just do the 3 bridges and the compys to the right at the start. especially tht mid pack always adds like 30secs or more per run so its not worth.and the mid teradactcles mostly add time cuz u gotta make sure u target em and dont pull etc. i know it doesnt sound like alot but it does add up. especially if ur making sure to not over agro or are melee. unless u can do it all in 3 mins or less. and even then id suggest 2:30 or less just so u can have a few mins at the end to craft and not cut into per hr gold. but ya id def skip tht extra stuff cuz on my 2 druids takes bout 57ish mins to a hr to farm 10-12ishk per hr. sometimes 13-15k id imagine if i get lucky on procs of all the loot. but ya thts wht i do also i wouldnt fear the fears least on the last bridge with 2 teras. i sometimes use the first one there to move me into the 2nd pack on the last bridge so i agro it all and aoe it down. and in those 5 secs i take a sip or eat food. so instead of trying to eat while playing and prob losing time i just eat and and not even really losing time cuz im still moving. especially if u got dots on em too. its nice to get feared sometimes just to eat.

Can someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong. I've tried running this for a few hours on a 483 DH and I'm barely under 50 mins. I full clear, so I grab the screamer pack on the left down the stairs, and the two on the turrets, but I feel like it shouldnt be taking this long. I feel the vast majority of my time is taken skinning, so even when I optimize my pulls, it takes almost 5 minutes to clear. Thanks for any help offered!

Great video, KL. Just one key thing though. I've been doing this on and off for the last 4 weeks or so, and I'm just not seeing the results that I see get posted in these videos. I started with 40+ minutes for 1 full lockout, and have now worked up to 62 minutes for 20 runs, which was today in fact. I made 9700g total today, which is a little higher than what you got from just 10 runs. So effectively I made half the gold you did. Max skinning, max LW. Darkmoon firewater. Is there some trick I'm missing? I pull the first pack of green dinos and the mob near them down the stairs, then everything on the walkways except the direhorns in the middle.

You have to be missing an area somehow. You should be getting at least 850 to 900 bones per a lockout run even if you skipped the middle pack of mobs and just did the sides. So on the low end, thats 107 strikers made. Even if they were all crafter greens, thats about 6100 gold and youll make about 1000 to 1400 just vending the greens and trash. So your double lockout runs should have netted at least 14K in gold.

Not sure, though I did notice a big difference in doing the middle pack or skipping it. Perhaps that's it? You do need rank 3 in the bones and scales too, or you'll get far far less.

@@KrakenLatte Yep, the DH I do it on has rank 3 everything. I tend to skip the middle pack just so I can fit in the max 20 runs in the 1hr of the firewater potion.

This tip might not be for everyone, but I've found that you can get a fresh perspective on a dungeon you've been running over and over by turning off the sounds, except for the music.
