Niramish Panner Ingredients
৩৫০ গ্রাম পনির / 350g Paneer
৪ টি মাঝারি সাইজের টমেটো / 4 Medium Sized Tomato
জল / Water
৮ টি এলাচ / 8 ea Cardamom
৫-৬ টি লবঙ্গ / 5-6 Long
২ টি ছোট দারচিনির টুকরো / 2 ea Small Sticks Cinnamon
২ টি স্টার অ্যানিস / 2 ea Star Anise
১ টি জয়ত্রী / 1 ea Mace
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ / 1 tsp Black Pepper
৩০ মিলি সাদা তেল / 30 ml Refined Oil
৩০ গ্রাম কাজু বাদাম / 30g Kazu Nuts
ভেজেনিন পনির / Fry the Paneer
১ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1 tsp Fennel
১/২ চা চামচ জিরে / 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
১০ গ্রাম / ১ চা চামচ কুচোন আদা / 10g / 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
১ চা চামচ কুচোন কাচা লঙ্কা / 1 tsp Chopped Green Chillies
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লাল লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
১ চা চামচ ধনে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Coriander Powder
দিয়েদিন টমেটো বাটা / Add Tometo Paste
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ চিনি / 1 tsp Sugar
২ চা চামচ টকদই / 2 tsp Curd
