৫০০ গ্রাম চিকেন ব্রেস্ট / 500g chicken breast
১ চা চামচ অলিভ অয়েল / 1 tsp olive oil
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp crushed black pepper
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to test
১ চা চামচ কুচানো রসুন / 1 tsp chopped garlic
১ টি গাজর / 1 ea carrot
১৫-২০ টি বিনস / 15-20 ea beans
১/২ টি ক্যাপসিকাম হলুদ / 1/2 ea yellow capsicum
১ টি ছোট সবুজ ক্যাপসিকাম / 1 ea small green capsicum
২ টি ছোট পেঁয়াজ / 2 ea small onion
১ টি ছোট ফুলকপি / 1 ea small cauliflower
জল / Water
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to test
৮-১০ টি ব্রোকলি / 8-10 pices of broccoli
বরফ জল / Ice water
৩ টি লেবু / 3 ea lemon
২ চা চামচ অলিভ অয়েল / 2 tsp olive oil
১ চা চামচ কুচানো রসুন / 1 tsp chopped garlic

বাঙালি বেচেলার ছেলেদের তুমিই ভরসা গো অতুনু দা, গুরুদেব তুমি, তোমার রান্না দেখলেই খেতে ইচ্ছে করে ! মেসে একা রান্না করতে কেমন যেন একটা অলস ভাব লাগে,কিন্তূ তোমার নোটিফিকেশন দেখে যখন এই ভিডিও গুলো দেখি তখনই কেমন একটা হাই পাওয়ার জোশ চলে আসে রান্নায় 😃, মনে হয় কিছু একটা বানিয়ে খাই, তবে এত্ত জিনিস পত্র নেই এটাই সমস্যা, তাই যা আছে তাই দিয়েই ট্রাই করি 🙂! এত্ত সহজ সরল ভাবে বোঝালে রান্না ভালো না হয়ে যায় কোথায়, বাই দ্য ওয়ে,ভোগের খিচুড়ি টা জাস্ট অসাধারণ 🌸👌🏻

অতনুদা তোমার রান্নার অনেক বড় ভক্ত আমার মা। দুপুরে খাওয়ার সময় প্রায়ই তোমার ভিডিও দেখি (সেই ৫০k থেকে), মা কোন দিন দেখত না। একবার আমার জন্মদিন উপলক্ষে নতুন কোন চিকেন রেসেপি করবে বলে ভিডিও দেখাতে বলে। তোমার ভিডিও চালিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম। ব্যাস সেই থেকে যা কিছুই রান্না করছে বলছে "অতনু এই রান্নাটা করছে? দেখত। ওর রান্না খুব ভালো" ভালোবাসা নিও 😍 কোনদিন দেখা করার সুযোগ পেলে মাকে নিয়ে যাবো 😛
