Pong was the arcade game and the old dedicated pong consoles. This was the official pong variant game for the 2600- it was one of the launch games. Check out Quadrapong on that cart which is the predecessor of Warlords and is for 4 players. Other excellent paddle games are Kaboom!, Super Breakout, Warlords (which is a merge of Breakout and Quadrapong) and Solar Storm.

Hey geek battle gaming, atari didn't include pong on the cartridge because video olympics is the pong they released for the 2600. They never released a game with directly the name pong for the 2600

Wow that’s crazy. Must be like a Mandela effect thing here. Had to check and you’re right. But think Video Olympics was also called Pong Sports on some releases, and there’s also Tank Pong.

@@GeekBattleGaming Tank Pong was on the Combat cartridge. It's called that because the bullets bounce off the wall.
