Even if a game contains no platforms other than the ground, we are still going to consider it for this list. Hey Jeff. This series you have created is awesome ❤. I have been away for a bit, but it is great coming back and watch this series, what a treat. Predator used to scare me as a kid. I got the game before I saw the fantastic movie. I did play the game a lot (but never got far). It was also cool to show the digitized Arnie shot to my friends with their 286 pc's and mono screen 😊 Never saw Under Pressure. Looks nice. Big big fan of Lethal Waepon myself. Love it, even with the flipscreen scrolling. Bit I agree. And finally Hawkeye. Not fun, but just so cool. All hell let loose. Great stuff Jeff!

Luxor is like a bad Lunar Jetman. Well, bad is a wrong word, it sure looks average but maybe fun! Predator is another like this. Good game but flawed. Could have been so much better.. judge Dread looks ace!!? Rolling Thunder 😱 Lethal weapon is good but the main sprite movements are too quick. Imho Good ish games but great video 😊

Excellent video series, grat idea man! Luxor seems to be a bad clone of Soldier of Light, and Chicago’s 30 the same of The Untouchables 😅. In my own list I would include Gods, Turrican, Switchblade and Droid (and some others like Torvak the Warrior, Captain Dynamo, Rick Dangerous or Prince of Persia, but there’s no gun weapons in that ones…) Thanks for your video, I love it and want more!

Most of those are in the Action Platformer "Hack and Slash" series thst comes after the horizontal fly abd shoot countdown. Droid II SE is in the top 20.of this series though. They are not necessarily "hack amd slash" but they are not guns or "legs / fists and throwing shiken stars" either There even a non- Weapon" series too. There are far too many good games to squeeze them all into 1 or two.series, so I keep moving them around and second guessing myself" =)

Soldiers of Light was another one. Not great from a performance or playability aspect but it had nice graphics.
