It seems in the first minute the pilot declared m'aidez and the ATC said mayday received. My French is not good enough for specifics, only the pilot explaining nature of emergency, injured passenger, nature of injury left part of face paralised and medical attention required. There is a mix of conversational French and airspeak as is often in these situations.

I also almost understood mayday 😁.. other was just few words.. French is pleasant language to hear, even if one dont get it

@@Starship737 I'm not sure if the French don't use the usual Mayday or declaring emergencies, because it is of french origin, but they also have a number system that is different. In hurried situations of verbal exchange, they revert to French numbering system.

@@magentaMegi yes..thats correct..also international aviation language is English and pilots and ATC are required to be fluent in it. but in local settings, other languages can be used...
