무기력증이 엄청 심하던 때가 있어요. 나는 한 뼘 움직이기가 힘든데, 아무도 그걸 몰라줘서 그게 슬펐어요. 그렇다고 고작 한 뼘 나아간 것을 두고 남들에게 이 정도면 잘했지 않냐면서 인정해 달라는 것도 염치가 없는 것 같고. 문제될 것 하나 없이 살아와놓고 왜 무기력할까, 나는 뭐가 문제일까, 그런 생각으로 머리에 안개가 꽉 낀 것처럼 힘들었던 것 같아요. 남들은 눈치채지도 못할 몇미리의 발걸음을 떼기 위해 수천번 수만번씩 스스로에게 잘 하고 있다고 되뇌이던 지난날이 생각나네요. 난 괜찮아질거야. 사실은 남들에게 듣고 싶었던 말일지도 몰라요. 너 괜찮아질거야 라고요. 이 노래가 그때의 저에게 그런 말을 해주는 것만 같아 많은 위로가 돼요. 좋은 노래 고마워요.

It's been a bit more than 1 year that I'm not really following ateez. Don't misunderstand me, I love them deeply from my heart they are the one and will stay the one. As I read the comments, I saw how many of you struggle with so many things. I always felt music makes everything better for me. Today I cried a lot, due to my anxiety attacks and depressive thoughts, that sometimes get to me in waves, and today it was pretty hard. Then I saw this song came out, listened to it, read the lyrics... And I cried again and I cannot tell you how much it meant to me. These lyrics are speaking to so many of us, because a lot of different emotional and mental problems/struggles can be described like this. I want to thank ATEEZ for this song, these lyrics.
