From the explanations of the trigrams, there are corresponding songs. Mingi (Heaven) - Utopia [Free in your mind, limitless dreams, but action is needed to achieve something] in the video it's shown that despite being in a very successful situation, Ateez was still not happy from just "watching", and it was all a dream regardless and they needed to take action themselves to achieve something. Yunho (Earth) - Wonderland [Taking action] the song makes references to wanting to take action and already looking ahead to the results of such success. Seonghwa (Fire) - Hala Hala [Blazing desire, power, generally cleansing] it talks about transforming, burning like a fire, and having a lot of qualities fire has; hot, passionate, frightening, powerful, etc. Jongho (Water) - Say My Name [overcoming obstacles, and adapting to all] shows in the video and lyrics that Ateez will stay together to get through anything and even if they're stopped they will not give up. Hongjoong (Wind) -Pirate King (how ironic) [Feeding into others and being supportive] in the lyrics there are phrases that hint at very leader-like qualities. The recruitment of others, asking for them to trust you, and pushing them to keep moving and not be afraid. One of the lyrics actually coincidentally says "Blow wind more, blow it up." Yeosang (Lake) - Wave [Acceptence and willing to look past boundaries] the song is mainly about not worrying about anything and just accepting it. Also originally the phrase "Hakuna Matata" is how Simba accepted the fact Timon and Pumba were very different from him. It makes mention of being blocked by something making you want to stop, but in response, you should face that problem with "Hakuna Matata" and move past it. Wooyoung (Mountain) - My Way [letting go of the past and accepting the future] the song is literally about not looking back because "life is endless". It may not be about accepting the future per se, but it is about letting go of past troubles and pain and moving forward, or at the very least if you can't move forward, just enjoy the now. San (Thunder) - Answer [New Beginnings] a new beginning is to let go of the past, forget past blemishes, and looking forward from a new perspective (Honestly almost similar to Wooyoung's and Yeosang's). In Answer, the video is obviously signifying Ateez's acceptance or willing to hear out the Suicide Squad, hence making them move past the previous hardships between them and look at their case with a new perspective. The lyrics mention that Ateez thinks the SS should join them "Please come to be as we can be together. 123 let's burn" (And as we all know any mention of "burning" or "fire" is often associated with the SS's influence over Ateez, this would signify their wanted union). The song ends with "Like a burning flame." which would signify their transformation (fire destroys and renews things) into a new being, ready to start anew. p.s. I think this is the deepest I've ever analysed a band's discography x'D

A lot of your theories line up with my own, tho i am running on the idea that the man in white might be the twisted (but shiny and glamorous and alluring) part of fame that follows those who have found their treasure and 'can complete us or destroy us'. like how hala hala ateez could be these personified dark parts of themselves, when they found their 'treasure' the darker parts of it too also personified??? also taking this as i remember there was a mention (trying to recall where, ill edit it in if i find it) that ateez wanted to try another darker concept like hala hala but different? so maybe the next comeback will be that? either way i LOVE your theories and i honestly follow with most of it haha

Hey ! I found something to argue your theory with the elements ! In the film they had released on the 12th July, at 14:06 you can see 2 dices which have particular forms.
