Great if you own a few small plots of land at different locations. You can take your home with you during different seasons, perhaps leaving as it cools in the north for a place further south. Much like the natural migration of geese or swifts, only with a mobile home on the back of a heavy goods vehicle. Wonderful simple design.

Hallo! Es sieht ganz danach aus, als ob dein Mobilheim in einer ganz normalen Wohngegend aufgestellt worden ist. Hast du für dein Mobilheim ein extra Grundstück erworben? Wovon hängt es ab, ob ein Mobilheim in einer Wohngegend aufgestellt werden darf oder nicht?

Hallo, ja, das Mobilheim steht in unserem Vorgarten, wird aber als Nähatelier genutzt, man muss das immer mit dem Bauamt absprechen, wo es hin darf und wo nicht

Das ist ja das Problem: bei uns darf man -fast- nichts! Suche als Single schon seit Jahren nach einer Möglichkeit, so etwas zu bewohnen. Keine Chance.
