@@ateliermavi Pardon me but I didnt see you address humidity/water that the stone walls might "sip" :D I mean, you did put some gravel or something on the bottom but was it enough? Do you have any problems with water rising in the walls or it wasnt really much of a concern when we consider the climate or the house standing on a small hill?

@@RealWheelDrive39 we adressed the subject in many of our videos. The humidity rises at the base of the wall is an issue encountered when a waterproof cement slab is poured in an old stone house, which leaves only one exit point for the humidity: the stone walls. We choose to install an hep and lime slab that allows the moisture to go through evenly and plastered our walls with a similar mix. After a year, we haven't had any issue and the humidity in the house is constant between 50 and 60% ☺️

I am quite impressed with your craftsmanship and, mostly, with your design choices. Basically, the only changes is the interior cladding in the living room and in the choices of the Ikea cabinetry in the kitchen. I've always been partial to the colors, grain and durability of wood and would have clad the living room with wood paneling. Real wood, not cheap thin panels. Also would have chosen wood for cabinets and fronts. On the other hand, your choice of the worktop and backsplash was perfect! Spot on! The invisible door frames! All the windows and exterior doors! Bedroom design! Materials used in construction! All, very wonderful. And when it comes down to it, I will not be living there. Bravo!
