Obdivuhodná práce, palec nahoru. Celkem zajímavé by bylo, odtajnit rozpočet, nicméně je to vlastně podružná věc, už jen ten pohled na to nádherné dílo je k nezaplacení 👍

Реконструкция чего либо это всегда очень дорого. Тут клееные балки, портал. По нашим ценам в районе 2-3млн. только на материалы, сопоставьте со средней зарплатой в 70-100 тыс. и получатся ваши цены.

Zdravíme a opravdu nás velice těší, že se Vám naše dílo líbí. 🙏 Snažíme se to dělat s citem a úctou k této historické budově. Samotné skládané stěny z kamenů spojené hlínou jsou úchvatná věc, takže se budeme snažit moc nepokazit. 😊 Rozpočet zatím odtajňovat nechceme, ale třeba časem, až bude rekonstrukce kompletní - uvidíme. 😉 Děkujeme za Vaši podporu a přejeme Vám to nejlepší do roku 2025! 🌟

Did you install moisture barrier between horizontal timber beam and brick pillars and between timber posts and foundation?

Hello and thank you for your practical question. 😉 They didn't install it and in retrospect it was probably a mistake. We will do it when we wall up the beams, but unfortunately we won't be able to get under the beam. Thank you very much for your question and the tip for others and for us next time. Thank you, we are so glad you like it. Yes, we will have the same style of frame and top half. We thought about a round window, but in the end we chose a traditional rectangular design to maintain the barn character.

Ty karisítě v té podlaze zamačkané úplně na ty kameny nemají absolutně, ale absolutně žádnou funkci :D žádné krytí, technický postup katastrofa :D

what i notice like in videos from north America the reo in the concrete is not sat on bar chairs like in Australia , so instead of the reinforcement being in the centre of the slab it is in the bottom 1/3 . can not be as effective.

👍 It is not finished yet. We are thinking about insulating the attic and installing wooden decking, but we will see this year which option we choose. Hello and I agree that with a small number of frames the old barn would be brighter (more light), ☀️ but it would not fit into the architecture of the old barn. The windows would become too modern, which we would not like. Thank you for your contribution 🙏 and we wish you luck in 2025. ✨

Tyle pieniędzy wsadzone w budowę i źle zrobiony dach. Zacząłbym od poprawy dachu i wieńca. I pokrycie dachówka karpiowka lub stara zakładkowa na membranie i deskowaniu. Plus renowacji całej wiezby. Ale jak kto woli. Super praca ale jak dla mnie na marne

Понятно почему так сделали, но смотрится так как будто решетки вставили. На втором ярусе (этаже) будете вклеивать стеклопакеты в проёмы или так же делать?

Да, мы будем частично перестраивать второй этаж (мезонеты), но большая часть сарая останется открытой, чтобы сохранить просторность и красоту этого старого исторического сарая. 🏗️ Для фронтона крыши готовятся лиственничные дрова и еще одно большое окно. Строительство 2 этажа и фронтона крыши с большим окном мы будем делать в начале 2025 года. 😊 Видео об этом вы обязательно увидите на нашем канале.
