The power function is Phantom Power (+48 Volts) that sends electricity to the mic, if it needs it. Something like a large condenser mic needs power to operate.

Is there any latency with the wireless mic during live streams?

I haven’t noticed and audio latency but sometimes there is video latency. But the atem has a delay feature that you can match the audio up if there is a delay
