I'm getting the same error. i can change all the settings but when i open the Atem control software it says no switcher connected and after 3 or so seconds it closes by itself. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. different cables n drivers. even booted up a 2nd machine with a clean install of windows and same issue. really strange, its a brand new Atem mini pro too. its annoying as its the only Blackmagic gear I'm having issues with. truly stumped.

I got the control software to work by uninstalling and downloading AND registrering. I don't know if it's a dirty way to get us to give up our email to get the software.. however now the Atem Setup won't open 😂😂😂😂 im thinking about ditching the software and only using the hardware. Software is too buggy

@@ignitedvisuals i just got mine to work! not sure if its replicable but I used my laptop, i tried changing the IPV4 settings, that didnt work so i reverted it back to normal and plugged the atem directly into my laptop with ethernet. nothing again but when i unplugged it and plugged it back into my network switch it immediately showed up on my main desktop which had the atem cotnrol software open.. really weird but it shows up on the laptop now too.. changed the IPV4 and then reverted it back and it worked.. strange?
