Hello! Faced a problem. When connected to the Sony a6400 Atem television studio HD, only black screen and sound are output. The format on the camera and the switcher is correct. When connecting other models of cameras, everything is in order (for example, Fujifilm XT-3). How to solve a problem?

Change the output settings of the a6400 manually to other values and see if it works.

@@AdrianLeeYC problem solved. It turned out that the sony a6400 always outputs 50fps via HDMI, regardless of the selected frame rate for recording. Only the resolution can be selected manually for HDMI output.

You can connect the laptop directly to the Atem TVS HD , just adjust your resolutions on all devices to match the switcher. No need for the DAC-70

Try this. Change the laptop display resolution and frame rate to the same as your SDI cameras.

Hi Adrian, We have 3 DSLR cameras we want to use for live streaming a basketball game. All dslrs have HDMI output. Most likely we will use the hdmi-sdi converters. My question is...do we need a third party software to live stream? Or can we use the built in network port? Thanks

The Atem television studio HD has no streaming capability. The network port is only for controls. Why not explore the Atem Mini Pro instead. Coz it's all HDMI inputs.

My version of ATEM cannot overlay graphics.

Every ATEM switcher can overlay still graphics, including keying (green screen or transparency), that's what the Media Player MP1 & MP2 sources are. I recommend you plug your switcher into a Mac or PC, install the latest software and take a look around.

Do you want to send the display of the HP laptop screen to the ATEM? If yes, does your HP laptop have an HDMI output? If yes then connect the HDMI output from the HP laptop directly into the HDMI input of the ATEM television Studio. In that case you don't need the SDI converter.

Hi Adrian, thank you for your nice video 🙂 My question is: I have ordered 3 blackmagic devices for live stream, 1x Atem television studio hd, 1x Web Presenter and 1x Hyperdeck. The devices are working properly. Well, now i want to work with wireless cameras. Because of that i have ordered transmitter and receiver for wireless video transmission. I connected the transmitter on hdmi camera 1 on atem television studio hd. The connection between the transmitter and receiver is working perfectly but my device (atem television studio) is not detecting the devices... Can you help me, please? Thank you.

My Atem studio hd cannot detect an input usually due to frame rate setting. All frame rate must be the same.
