Ateneo vs La Salle S71 Finals Game 1 UAAP 2008

this was a classic finals rivalry by the top 2 teams of season 71. The start of the ADMU 5 peat dynasty while DLSU already reached its peak from the previous season, sadly was going downhill and rebuilding for the next few seasons. I watched this series live and felt that the blue eagles were hungry for a championship after 6 seasons, also an elite lineup in Tiu, Long, Jai Reyes, Al husaini and baclao. La salle was led by casio and maierhofer but was not able to compensate with the departure of key players like cholo, kish co, ty tang and others. thanks for the upload, had so much fond memories of this series and a frosh student in DLSU during this time, and cheered for admu as well as an alumnus.

Ang pangit talaga ng layout ng ABS noon sa UAAP, panay in and out ang scoreboard at laging nakatago ang shot clock. Unlike yung other leagues noon like the PBA na consistent na nakikita yung score and clocks the whole game
