For what it's worth, I purchased the Atezr p20 and I Echo comments of Clack noting the quality assembly/manual and build procedure, the comments concerning the cable routing and the usb, etc. connections ,unfortunately the X axis could not be moved without a great deal of force applied by hand then after moving just 3-4 inches the movement was halted as if the rollers fell into a slot. I believe the roller wheels have severe flat spots from either sitting for a long time or the flats were created by over tightening eccentric nut(s) or both. Currently waiting for a response from Atezr.

You may need to adjust the nuts. Mine was a little tight when I got it.

@@TheClackShack Clack don't mis understand, my comments are surely not aimed at you, as far as adjustment goes be they minor that would be acceptable, but my machine is so far out of whack even after an adjustment the flat spot will still be present, no I expect Atezr to make good on the product. keep the videos coming.

You make it look easy. I’m a beginner. Setup atezr p20 plus. Didn’t come with SD card, couldn’t use offline. Bought installed micro SD card still doesn’t see card nor connect offline. So got my laptop hooked up installed lightburn, now doesn’t home correctly and makes a lot of grinding noise

Great vid I followed it yesterday when I assembled mine. I purchased the extension kit bundle. Maybe you can help me with my issue. When I pull the gantry forward it makes this loud clicking sound and when I pull it rearward it makes a loud screeching sound. It does this on the y rail. Clicking sound is coming from near the stepping motor. It does this every time in the same spot. I’ve adjusted the eccentric nuts on the Y rail with no success. Thoughts?

Check the timing and the belt tension too. It is easiest to adjust the nuts with the belts off. Get it smooth them put them back on and tension.

@@TheClackShack question about the timing rod. On one side there are two screws. I did not back off the outer screw only the inner screw so the rod would slide in.

I bought this laser on your recommendation and have not been disappointed. I have a xtool d1pro 10 watt already. got the extensions for this one. as you say its a gamechanger. 2 questions I would ask that I cannot find an answer to, In the xtool the laser has crosshairs and is easy to align where you set the laser to start, no crosshairs on the atezr, so how do you proceed. 2: Atezr p 20 plus with extensions that when I set the origin at top left, the letters show up upside down on screen and print upside down. But if I change the origin to bottom left, the letters show right side up properly on screen but still print upside down. I know I can hit the mirror image, but that is a bandaid, how would I set this where is shows properly on the screen and prints properly as well.

Got my P20 yesterday and looked at the book and it was talking about downloading Atzer and grbl then liightburn, can I go straight to lightburn with out Atezr and grbl

Make sure it is on and connected, launch lightburn. Set port to choose, go to devices and search. Mine found it with no issue

Trying to communicate with my new laser v35, downloaded files and place them in the light burn software but all I see is failed to communicate, nowhere can I find what the device setting are supposed to be s value 1000, baud rate 115200, buffered nowhere to see what comport, tried multiple usb cables and computer ports but nothing just failed to communicate. bout ready to return the unit , manuals are useless

@@billlester3088 I can tell you the width but dont recall the length before the extension unless it was in the video. According to the specs, the packing size is 743mm*503mm*155mm. It is 28 inches wide with a drag chain.
