Using the 3ds Max Civil View Add-In for Creating Visualizations

Please anytime I import my exit ground surface and corridor from civil,it doesn't used to look like what you have now, something the corridor will just be informed of lines without showing the real road, please how can I create a surface in civil 3d to look exactly how it is now on 3ds max🙏 please urgent help
