I tried to make the car react to the road terrain. I have different levels eg from asphalt to concrete and then a parking area, just as it is in the introduction video. But it didn't work. I'm using max2023

Hi nuno its a great tutorial. Actually there' some issue in linking original car with sample car. I did step by step work but even after linking the sample car with original it wasn't been linked. I'm using 3ds max 2024. Could you give any solution. It would be great thankyou.😊

Make the caliper a child of the wheel. With the caliper selected go to "Hierarchy"-tab and go to the "Link Info" page. Then under the "Inherit" section deselect X on Rotate and you should be done.

Sounds like the model have constraints applied. You should remove these before you rig the model to the Craft Director Studio dummy objects. Hope you are able to sort it.

Have you figure out how I can do but leave the caliper in just rotation in z and not following the wheel rotation like it does in your animation?
