As an Atheist-new age- Catholicsm listener, I am SOOOO EXCITED for this topic. While I absolutely believe that I'm loved as a wholly undeserving and rebellious child of God, the impacts that new age left on my faith factor is one of the stains I practically have to deal with. I wonder if this will be discussed, but it's a big reality for those coming out of this new age fog. The new age quite literally teaches that we, humans, are all gods (I know it sounds insaaaaane to Christians but that old serpent lie is alive and well and rebranding itself all the time!) And the actual... metaphysical-type power experienced in these practices is difficult to shake. Prayers for everyone who left that nonsense behind for the TRUTH. ❤️❤️📿🕊️

Yep. The enemy can make one believe crazy things and conjure all sorts of false born-again like experiences. But the Truth of God is one of a kind, and when truly tasted distinguishes itself from even the most convincing of fake wines. And (in case you might need this, though I fully get the point of humility, especially when exposed to demonic deceptions) don't worry about being an undeserving child of God - it simply means you're loved and considered worthwhile to be given gift you can't merit and don't deserve! And just like a child is completely helpless and depends on his parents to live, so too do we even more humbly depend on our heavenly Father to live and exist, without Whom we can do nothing, and in whom we live and breathe and have our being - so there is no place for pride there. As for the after-effects left, I don't know what particular advice to give, but I think joining faithful Catholic prayer groups might be a good idea for this, or to pray any deliverance prayers that are available to Catholic laypeople to pray. Can you briefly describe your New Age practices? I want to see if it's Metatronic or Krystic. What helped you leave the New Age? What dilemma did you face when choosing between NA and Catholicism? I am also struggling but the reason I stay stuck (although my other belief is not categorized as New Age) is the distinction between Krystic (original eternal) and Metatronic technologies.... Most New Age runs on Metatronic false light....

@@krysta-ajhaah-min-yah8368 I am Catholic because Jesus established this church and it holds the fullness of the faith, I didn’t convert to the Catholic Church right out of the new age though, I had an anti catholic Protestant phase for about a year or so - My new age practices involved the chakra system, self worship (affirmations and all that lol) and communication with “spirit guides.” I was in really deep (it’s tough to think about how bad I was) but my practice mainly revolved around manifesting my own divinity (completely luciferian) and acquiring psychic abilities through meditation and channeling energy (I see now literal demons would ride in on that channel I opened through “chakras” which are just psychic portals into your body that allow literally anything to enter you (if God allows them of course, he has control over that, by the grace of God I was never possessed just demonically tomented for about a year straight). I could go on, there was so much I was doing it’s hard to remember - I was obsessed with the idea I was a star seed, indigo child, all that jazz, it’s deceptive my friend. Please I just need you to know how real this all is and it is not safe to be in any kind of spiritual practice that is not sanctioned by the church Jesus established (the one he promised to guide into all truth). Please tread carefully, this is a literal warning from someone who was in there real damm deep and I need you to know to trust in Jesus Christ the God Man with all of your being because he made you and He is what your soul absolutely longs for. Your here for a reason, please know he is what your being is absolutely thirsty and hungry for, we all wish for our souls to be nourished by him like how a baby is nourished by mommas milk. Gos bless you and please ask the blessed Virgin Mary to take you to her son. Ask Blessed Bartolo Longo to pray for your soul (he was an ex occultist and now beatified Catholic). I'm unfortunately unconvinced by this particular guest. Jordan Peterson is probably the most convincing. He makes the point that taking on the faith will lead you to jump into life in a full hearted way kind of like jumping into a cold pool at first and thus lead to the most fulfilling way. But the faith has to be adopted and fully committed to. That's probably true and can be rationalized. Still doesn't prove the whole thing but thats probably irrelevant
