Savas has very good Gyro, good choice going there. The first place you went I believe it was Bairaktaris, even though it’s an old establishment, I’ve never been crazy about the gyro there, I found it a bit greasy and on the heavy side. Loukoumades is very good 👌 I hope you enjoyed your trip to Greece 😊

I visited Athens last year on a group cruise. We were there for the day and were able to see the changing of the guards Plaka and the Parthenon. My real dream is to get on that Dave Kos cruise. Went on the Chris Botti inaugural cruise last year thank you so much for sharing!

You can visite Parthenon by using the lift that takes you to the top in just 38seconds :)

Welcome to Greece!! Easter Sunday everything is closed and most people visit their families outside of the city so Athens is empty

I think there is an elevator and personnel to help people if some have mobility issues . They should ask for that close to the entrance where is an information section
