Ather 450X HR...2024 brought. Sir charger not working... getting red signal in adopter and some time getting Locked problem and not charging. Tried reboot, changing the power source and unplugged and plugged in charger. But its not working.... pls clarify solution

Hey, Vivek! Ather Duo charger is a 700W fast charger as it is compatible with all generations Ather scooters. It will take 4 hr 30 min to charge from 0 to 100% and 3 hr 30 min to charge from 0%-80%. Do let us know if you need any other help:)

The range is too less and 1 hour to get 80% charge in grids..it so good to go under 100km ...why can't you release AThEr car under 10lakhs -15 lakhs with more range like 500km My request is to release the cars in the segment of , luxury look , premium, technology, more range and auto safeties ....⁷

First ather should not stop giving support to its own vehical which is 4 year old. Completely frustated with athers choice to give up on its OG customers who prebooked, worked as a sales rep to everyone enquire on 450. The display and speaker of my 4 yr old 450 is dead, replacement cost around 12 k it seems. The worst part is inspite of being ready to pay for the parts I need to wait for some around 2 months, and chennai nungabakkam ather guys are not even ready to accept the vehicle as they already are full. All the other ather space in chennai are refusing to take 450 as they are not supported. It's done my ather 450 is not usable after 4 years and 2 months. Still the battery is good but without support from ather it is unusable. We prebooked owners of athers were having confidence on a Madras IIT startup that these passionate youngsters will not give up on the company easily and will give support to its OG. Happy that they grew, But unexpected that they lose trust by not supporting the gen 1 450 owners, this is not making us to buy new ather vehicles rather loosing trust on new products of ather and thinking of moving to activaa
