Thanks so much Anthony! I'm grateful for all your work and information. Joel Wallach has been saying many of these things for decades. Please interview him. He's a health hero with an incredible story.

I thought atherosclerosis was caused by inflammation? Inflammation that is mostly caused by high blood glucose levels that stay elevated for long periods of time

i know cheese is not an ancestral food and therefore we have not adapted to consuming it, and there could be repercussions in doing so, but i've been eating it daily for two years as part of my carnivore diet and i feel perfectly fine. I'm already eating more healthy than 99% of humans on Earth, that should be enough.

How do you know your LDL is healthy and not damaged? Can you ask your Dr for an LDL blood test breakdown? If so what is its name?
@geoffreylevens904517 күн бұрын
I'd imagine an NMR lipid panel and you want pattern A which indicates large, fluffy LDL-C

Ask your doctor for a NMR lipid profile. Labcorp test code 123638. This will show the LDL particle size. Make sure you have fasted for at least 12chours before the blood draw.

Geez, Dr Chaffee, I sure do miss that clean cut handsome facel!! If your biceps weren't so lovely to look at, I probably wouldn't have stayed through to the end. Please SHAVE!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Mason, you must have mentioned a "good" triglyceride to HDL ratio a dozen times, yet you never once said what you consider to be a good ratio. If you are speaking only to Dr. Chaffee, who surely knows what a good ratio is, there is no point filming the conversation. If you intend the general public to get the most benefit from your conversation, it would be very helpful to explain what you mean by a good ratio.

He has said under 1.5 in several videos.
@JoeBtfzplk16 күн бұрын
@@nlpcoachen Thank you, but that doesn't help someone who sees this video before any of his others, and doesn't read the comments (or doesn't come back to read the comments.) I'm just suggesting that it would have taken no more than 5 seconds to say divide the triglyceride number by the HDL number, and a good ratio is under 1.5. That is especially true because someone who watches this video and then searches for what a good ratio is will find recommendations for under 2.75, for under 2.5, for under 2, and for "the closer to 1 the better." He knows what he thinks a good ratio is, it only takes a couple seconds to say it.

How do you messure cholesterol? If the body needs more cholesterol it will make it, for those who can't that's a very poor sign. Low cholesterol means poor health and poor immune system! Think logical , not rap yourself in numbers, it means close to nothing!

A poor video? Have you completely lost your mind? 🤡
@Kjuken6914 күн бұрын
Well bad is a better word, what they discuss has nothing to do with the build up plaque(or blood cloting, because that's what happens) ! It's time for this guys to move on. You can go on with this numbers of this or that forever . IT HAS CLOSE TO NOTHING TO DO WITH ARTERIE DISEASE! MOVE ON TO SOMETHING THAT DOES CAUSE ARTERIE DISEASE, AND THEN HEART ATTACKS.
@Kjuken6914 күн бұрын
@jasoncdebussy Bad video i better word, because this lipid numbers are a very poor predictor! Fidling around with this numbers won't give you anything. Eating this or that eighter. It's 100+ things that can damage your endotilial cells. Of course if you eat a loads of sugar and carbs, you must have a hell of good controled insulin and glucose system working and repair system as well , but some people have that , but most don't. And their arteries specially get damaged, and things happen!
