I can't believe this is the only pod that covered this interview. It was really well done and entertaining! Athing is delightful, and she dropped a big hint about a possible double at worlds.

As a sports fan, and having followed her on YT since high school, I came away from the interview disappointed for myself as a fan. That's all. Barry Sanders, Ash Barty, Borg, etc. As a fan, it would be fantastic to see athletes max out their potential for a career. No judgment. Just a bummer.

I am 7 minutes into this episode and fellows a couple of things. Rojo sounds surprised that this reaction conversation is taking place. I’m not sure any of you are really comfortable with this young woman, positive or negative… I’m not connecting with how you started this episode. What am I missing about the set up or the point of this conversation… got to do better… something is off. Edit: in a couple of years, after she has set some records, yes she can model, be the next Oprah with her personality, be a force for good in so many areas. Her star power has already transcended track and field. She is just one of those compelling people. Kind of like Mohammed Ali. At her age the world is hers. She’s still getting her degree, she’s humble enough to know she still has a lot to learn. Your comments below seem to miss the point of the Pivet podcast. Like she herself said, its all happening so fast. Try and think beyond records and medals.

A model….sure Ating. Go a few season without winning medals and see if all these brands still want you to model for them. Don’t get me wrong she’s a cute girl but modeling? Really? I love people with dreams and ambitions but I just don’t like when famous people lose touch with reality. Can’t wait for the summer season to cheer for Keely or Moora to beat her.

If she can stay injury free, she'll beat those two.

Why are you rooting for her to lose? What has she done that bothers you and those people who liked your comment?

She can definitely model. She won't be the first track star turned professional model. Not everyone wants to make track and field their entire life lol

Yes, Bruce. I'm not a fan of the hairstyle, but dark, flawlessly complexioned Sudanese models do very well.
