Thank you SOOOOO MUCH for pointing out this minor error which had MAJOR implications. The first thing that a trainer told me about the bicycle kicks was when I was bringing down one leg while the other one in a bent position, I wouldn't straighten out the leg going down. That was a HUGE difference once I started straightening it out. I really could feel the abs starting to work. And I could do 20 reps (10 per each elbow to knee touch). But then when I saw what you did with the twisting and then I tried it....I realized boy I was doing this wrong the WHOLE time. Now when I actually do the twisting of the core and keeping my elbows locked in position, now the burn is even MORE intense and now I can only 10 reps (5 per each elbow to knee touch). But I feel the burn 10xs more in the abs. Same applies also to the Russian twist with the ball (though I do it on a decline bench with my back lifted off and parallel to the ground). I too also noticed a difference there. I'll check out your website and look at the meal and workout plans and may try one out for the new year. P.S. - Great to see you were a strength coach for the NY Mets (Mets fan here) in NYC.

0:43 Jeff is telling the truth. Making a proper balance between calories intake and burning calories is the most important thing IMO. You can train as hard as as you want, but if your diet isn't properly made you won't see much improvements. Hence I would say that dies is more important than exercises alone, unless you want rock solid abs covered with a layer of fat... I am currently in my third week of following a diet plan I got from Dietarize. So far I lost decent amount of fat and my love handles are gone. Good thing is that It also comes with a home workout plan, so you could stay safe from coronavirus until you get your vaccine... :))

Thanks for the tip on rotational exercise. I'm definitely going to put it into practice. I've had love handles ever since I can remember even as a relatively skinny kid where other kids in Karate class would poke them through my karategi. I do lift/train and have muscle mass just trying to finally get rid of these pesky love handles!

Sam here. Even when I was in peak physical condition, I simply could not get rid of those deposits around the lower waist, Can't wait to put this to practice.
