Or kerr hates young players, and when he does play them all of a sudden warriors "fans" change the excuse again, seeing how moody, wisemen, poole turned out. Then when young players are played they hold it against him in the case of Podz/TJD. last time warriors had a good roster they won the chip. It's not exactly easy to win now and develop young players at the same time. People need to stop back seat coaching, imagine being this spoiled and not being satisfied with 4 rings. The "fit" issue is exactly what we're struggling with, with guys like GP2 that provide us so much defensively but not enough offensively, or the clash between having JK and Draymond on the floor at the same time. Or why Kyle Anderson is an incredibly talented player but for some reason can't sniff the floor. There needs to be some move made that helps this issue and helps us unlock more out of what we already have in exchange for talent that isn't really helping us.

I understand Draymond requiring the ball and all. But we got Slow Mo just so we could play without Draymond as if he was in. The problem is, that's an extra body in Kuminga's way but also sets us up to be able to play just one way. If we only had JK and Draymond at the 4, there would be at least a chance (probably not with Kerr) that there are plays that don't fit around a Draymond type 4 but more around a different kind of forward.

This title is so funny because after watching the Kings vs. Lakers game recently, I was thinking... "it's time to blow this thing up." They're a fringe playoff team and going nowhere. May as well flip Fox now while he's in his prime so you can get assets back and line them up with Murray's prime. It only sets them back like 3 seasons, so they may as well do it... They made a mistake trading for derozan. They should have been looking to upgrade from Sabonis to a guy who could space out the floor.

Fans want Steve Kerr to give up on the motion offense, but the problem is we don't have the right personnel for it. I mean, we won a chip 2 years ago with the right players. I think the reality is every coach has a preferred offense they like to run, and Kerr's is the motion offense. Unfortunately, we need smart bball players who can dribble, pass, and shoot to succeed in that system. JK's BBIQ is not high, can't shoot, his ball handling seems alright, and his passing is okay. His midrange has been inconsistent, and if playing at the 4, he doesn’t rebound as much as you would like. We need an Otto Porter Jr like player.

Also, warrior fans have always been just... unjustifiably enamored with protecting Klay which created the monster that destroyed GS last year In 2016, Klay was HEALTHY in the finals unlike Steph, Bogut, and Iggy. I hope you read this comment. You are correct about Steph. If Steve was a good coach he would turn the team over to Kuminga. If they try and do it later it's going to be too late because Curry is going to be gone. Curry should be that Sixth man. If you saw the game tonight they cannot run a proper offense when Steph is on the floor and all I saw the offensive flow stopped so they can find Steph. This all starts with Kerr especially after making that statement the other day where we have to find steph this is Kuminga team and the old guys should step aside and let the young buck play his game and let them figure out how to play with him.

At this point, if Joe lacobs/dunleavy/kerr’s goal is to extend the Steph window by not ruining the future of gsw, they gotta trade for fox. I know kings might be unwilling to that trade but if going all in is the way..go for fox. He can be the 2015-2016 klay for comparison..give up kuminga, Wiggins ,moody, gpII, two first and a second round pick. Gets the secondary scorer and wing defender in the form of fox. Giannis trade price would gut our roster and butler isn’t a viable option.

if the warriors had to trade for a kings player i'd prefer Sabonis over any of the other guys honestly, two point guards don't really work in the NBA and Derozan is overpaid, old, and doesn't fit on the team at all. Sabonis is a great rebounder, we have the defense to cover for him, and he is a good passer.
