Just your average woman, girls want to have fun too. I am glad to have raised 4 daughters, no sons. As a dad I had to readjust to the femininity and found that being a dad was wonderful and became more active helping than to be their best. Identifying their skills and being their cheerleader. Allowing them to be who as well their dreams. So dad's stand behind your daughters early, the fundamentals at a young age are so important. The right type of discipline teaches self discipline. I gave them the right to disciple me and, that was definitely hard on me, but it was an eye opener.

Not in "all" areas of the game. Clark is a great shooter, passer, and ball handler. She plays no defense. She rebounds when the ball comes to her. AND ... when she doesn't get the calls ... she gives that "hands out pleading gesture" to the officials.
@D4L_4578 ай бұрын
@@WallyPost blah, blah, blah so besides her 3's she's average. Y'all just wanted some one to be happy about but don't throw her off on the one's who view her as average. She's a great player. However, she never won a championship in high school or college. Yes, they beat SC in 2023 when the gamecocks played their worst game of the season. That happens sometimes. She should do well in the WNBA if she adds rebounding and defense to her game. She also must watch the left hand push off when she separates from the defender. The G.O.A.T. for females is Cheryl Miller. She had back to back championships at USC.

But she could hoop it against dad and brother.. so she was already seasoned in hoops. We saw what Kaitlyn can do and DID DO! But being the star player isn’t what Kaitlyn is about. She believes in not just her BUT HER AND THE WHOLE TEAM . She didn’t want to be the Michael Jordan’s and carry her team in scoring . I’ll admit this is one rookie card I’m gonna seek out and get autographed and place it next to my Jordan’s and Kobe rookie cards!!

Catlin's talents and accomplishments are undenyable, she proves her worth every time she steps onto the court. So many accalades can lead to fame and fortune. But as the old saying goes; pride goetth before the fall. How many Youtobe videos are enough to sing her praises and satisfy her recognition? I pray she is also a woman of humility and compassion. That she gives as much as she recieves. That the many children that aspire to be like her someday do so because of what she does to help others off the court to make this world a better place and to helpthem grow in academic achievments and character that inspires hope and dreams.

Kaitlyn Clark is the number one women’s basketball player that just came out of college. All the other basketball players are jealous of Kaitlyn Clark because she’s a straight woman and she is white. It doesn’t matter what color you are just get along and play the game stop being jealous of Kaitlyn Clark because she is great. The WNBA commissioner should start doing her job to protect Kaitlyn Clark, and tell the referees to do their job also because the commissioner and the referees do not do their jobs. If they both did their jobs, the WNBA would sell out every game.

Caitlin Clark is a great and unique player but putting the "shattering" of the record in perspective, she broke the previous record held by Pete Maravich playing 4 years while Maravich set it in 3 years and without the benefit of the 3 point shot. If you compare the PPG of the two players, it's not not even close with Maravich scoring about 50% more. If you adjust the scoring for 3 point shots, Maravich doubled Clark.
@wymple099 ай бұрын
You have your math in a bad place. His shooting percentages are lower than hers from BOTH 2 & 3 point distances. He shot TWICE as often per game, putting up 6 years worth of shots. And his total is now about 200 points behind her. Pete was a ball wizard, and still way behind her in assists per game, not even close. THAT is putting it in perspective.
@ray66599 ай бұрын
Truth.
@thoreau59149 ай бұрын
False. Maravich took twice as many shots per game, played in an all white league, and never played in the NCAA tourney. He was a ball hog too. As far as a 3 point line: if you count all of their shots as 2 pointers, CC still beats him. If she had shot as many times in her career as he did, it wouldn't even be close. And it didn't take her 4 years to best his record. It took her about 3 1/2 years. CC has played under a mountain of pressure and scrutiny, against the very best teams, something Pete never had to contend with. Pete was great, no doubt. CC is the GOAT.

And he took about twice as many shot attempts per game as her. If CC took as many shot attempts per game as Pete did, she would have really blown him out of the water. Plus, CC is always looking for assists and is one of the very best ever in that category too. All Pete usually did was shoot. The Southeastern Conference's universities remained almost entirely segregated during Maravich's time on the LSU basketball team, significantly reducing the talent pool against which Maravich's record was earned. Pete never played in the NCAA tourney either, where there is the most pressure and the toughest opponents. Caitlin thrives under pressure. No matter how you look at it, CC still comes out on top.
