She's a transcendent player, similar in a way to what Magic Johnson and Larry Bird when they helped elevate men's college basketball. The women's tournament shattering TV ratings, and some attendance records during Iowa's runs in the 2023 and 2024 tournaments serve as a reminder that the sport is as popular as it has ever been. And Caitlin's star is only going to grow larger and larger entering the WNBA (and maybe earning a future spot for the Olympics.)

She is a joy to watch and listen to. People feel elevated to be acquainted with her. We Iowans are so proud that she is from our State. We know there are other great women BB players but Kaitlin worked her way to the top and has a work ethic like a farmer from Iowa.

CC is a class act. You can’t buy class. You either have it or you don’t. She gives respect to others and is humble. What’s not to like? Wish her much success in her career. After her playing days are over, she coaches. Lots of possibilities.

I'm always happy to see a person with a great attitude succeed!.... she did way more than succeed,... she is smashing records left & right! I hope the ladies in the WNBA take her in and nurture her abilities... Right now it looks like they are jealous & want her to fail. She brings eyes 👀...MANY EYES & REVENUE,... they should be happy for her.

I believe that it isn't her talent that has these gals jealous. It's that she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth that makes it hard for them to be truly happy for her. Most of the other gals in the WNBA had to fight for everything they have.

The NBA players have been told to blow sunshine at her, because if she can help the WNBA breakeven that’s money, not having to come out of the NBA’s pocket. Don’t you think it’s a little obvious all the men are saying thumbs up, and all the women are saying thumbs, down to build polarization in the crowd into hype conflict. It’s all nonsense.

She was a Senior at Iowa. I wonder if she graduated. All I have been hearing is that "she left." I know it doesn't really matter for her basketball career, but it seems out of character. If you get that close why wouldn't you want something to show for all the work you put into it? Maybe she'll finish her degree in the off season. To me, graduating will improved her role model status. Regardless, she is still one to be admired.

Laughable credit given to her. HER COLLEGE COACH ALLOWED HER TO JACK ALL THOSE SHOTS. Truth: lame ass 46.2 FG %, 37.7 3-pt %, 1144 assists to 639 turnovers...not even 2-1. A little bit of opponent defensive pressure on her she goes 9-31, 10-29, pushes opponent in neck, gets away with constant push offs. It's up to the WNBA refs to call for her like the NBA does James Harden for her to avg 10PPG coming up. The jealousy towards her by those in the WNBA is for the attention she's getting, not her slightly above-average talent. The length she can jack it & FT shooting is her only talents. She needed to cut half her turnovers to claim she's a good passer. Go back & look at the final game she played & how the refs failure to call her offensive fouls(2) & her teammates saving her mishandles (5) & she would have had 11 turnovers. If she cleans up her on-court she's-the-shit attitude act, the shot-selection & poor assist to turnover ratio only then should she be given the accolades she's been given. 🎉
