can you do a video about the expiration of items as spices, flours, sugar, oatmeal and all the things in the kitchen, including an open bottle of wine (how long is wine good for once its opened) .... some holiday recipes call for different types of alcohol like Sherry and I hate to buy them because they probably go bad shortly after opening. Great video.

I also clean/descale the coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine in late November (UK so we don't do Thanksgiving) The all get used a lot with guests and family meals etc. Do it all again in January! haha
