There is need to provide for alternative economic solution, overdependency on pastoralism is causing a huge mess in this peoples livelihood, I can bet women are idle in such places because men are the one who take care of the cattle, and so if the government can do its due diligence and construct dams so that women can engage in farming then people can realize cattle is not a do or die thing
