Then Musando is abducted and murdered...The Elections come and go, IEBC refuses to open the servers as ordered by the Supreme court. Presidential elections' results nullified, a rerun is ordered, other commissioners resign other get laid off. Seriously!? Conclusively I see that there is a Judas Iscariot in the commission who betrayed Musando and the ... knows who killed Musando. It's a pity that elections in Kenya is a matter of life and death. There are 3 major factors in play. Msando's death was orchestrated by top politicians. This investigative report is a FAIL and has left too much information out. 1. What is that evidence that says otherwise of this being a crime of passion? 2. What threatening messages was the deceased receiving? Where are they, what did they say? 3. What is the position of the IEBC staff who Msando stood in for and later was reinstated to office? 4. What is the position of the IEBC official who fleed the country on claims of compromise? What does she know about the deceased's colleagues giving him away to his killers? And why? 5. What is the position of the commission's CEO and chair concerning the re-opening of the servers? Such a waste of a long coverage of investigative report for information that we already know. An investigative report should provide information that we don't know. Try better next time.
