I feel that man. I just got her C2 from the free 5star event and she finally feels like a character in the game. As good as that is, it makes me even more disappointed seeing what a great character she should have been. Hoyo doesn't like to buff characters because they're too greedy for more money so all I can hope for is a 2.0 version of her to release. At least a character who's half as cool as she is

@@r3zaful I agree but that's something literally any shielder can give you much better. For example, you still need a healer with Dehya and you're still able to get interrupted by some attacks. This is not the same with shield characters. So her super armor is still not that useful. If it gave a buff to active characters whenever they get hit, then it would be cool.

I'm 100% sure that if I had her C1 she'd do a lot of dmg because my Dehya is somewhere over 40k HP and her ATK is somewhere higher than 1.7k (I don't remember exactly) and I have 88 Crit rate/134 CDMG (Still waiting on a good crit dmg circlet so I'm with a copium critrate circlet with 20% cdmg bonus as substat, I have her sig) I'm also missing a pyro goblet with cdmg and instead has like 9% of crit rate so yeah.

That´s the problem with the people about Dehya, they think she scales with HP but when if you see on her talents she scales more with atk so thats why they think she doesn´t do damage incluiding with the C1 she scales more with atk

She doesn't do dmg with atk either. As mentioned at the end, hp sands will beat atk if it comes with better substats, meaning the difference is tiny

@@JoyBoyAlter 100k per reaction hit is considered pathetic!? Anyhow Got herc6r5 and perfected a team for her Her double skill launch got like 300k dmg+ 170k+ per hit (could go up to 250k) So yah, 100k per reaction hit WAS decent to say the least

hoyoverse did her dirty...her kit is good but bad downtime and energy recharge if dehya skill trigger each 1.5s poor energy return after using her thats it if we got pyro version of raiden who constantly can recharge teams ultimate..dehya will be goat.

@@sadogaming If you have a Hp% Sands with 25% ATT on it, thats better than Att% Sands with no HP% on it is what i mean
